WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All custom printed fabric is non-refundable, unless there is a printing fault. Please ensure all dimensions and measurements are submitted correctly for custom orders.

You are welcome to return or exchange your order within 10 days of the date of delivery in its original, unwashed condition.
No returns will be accepted for any product/s that is not sufficiently packaged, regardless of the reason for return. Once we are satisfied with the condition of the item, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item. Exchanges may be to the value of your refunded item.

Sale items may not be returned.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

We will not be held responsible for any third party shipping damages or delays.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
For local bases:
2 - 3 weeks turnaround time from artwork submission / payment.

For import bases:
6 - 8 weeks turnaround time from pre-order deadline (4 x per year).
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?
Payment is to be made in full upon invoice. If payment has not been made within 7 days, the order will be cancelled.
